Find Your Own Ministry

Find your own ministry as a Certified Lay Servant. A lay servant serves the local church and beyond providing program leadership, assistance, and support. A lay servant will lead prayer meetings, training, study, and discussion. They conduct, or assist in conducting, worship services. Some lay servants preach the Word, or speak at community meetings. Many lay servants are congregational and community leaders. They foster caring ministries in their communities. Lay servant assist in the distribution of the elements of Holy Communion.
